Your guests book you. Not Booking.com.

One calendar, three places to sell.
When a guest books on Airbnb, those nights close on Booking.com and on your own link. When someone books through your link, they close everywhere else.
If a calendar stops responding, Bookeba keeps the last good copy and pauses new bookings rather than guessing. A quiet failure is the only kind that costs you a guest.
What the commission actually costs you.
A fairly ordinary year for one well-booked apartment.
Gone to commission at 15%, before any of your own costs.
What Bookeba costs for that property, for the whole year.
You won’t move every booking across, and you shouldn’t try. Moving the repeat guests and the referrals pays for this many times over.
Setting it up
- Step 1
Paste your calendar links
Airbnb and Booking.com both give you one. We show you where to find them, then read them every 20 minutes from that point on.
- Step 2
Set your own price
Charge what you like — it's your site. Add photos from your phone and paste your existing description; we'll tidy it into shape.
- Step 3
Send the link
Instagram bio, email signature, a card by the kettle. Anyone who has stayed once never needs an OTA again.
Bookeba never takes over your listings.
Channel managers connect through Booking.com’s partner system, which hands them control of your calendar and rates. Your extranet goes read-only. Stop paying and your listing stops being managed.
Bookeba works through the calendar links Booking.com and Airbnb already give you. Nothing is handed over, nothing goes read-only. If you leave tomorrow, your listings carry on exactly as before.
One price.
per month
- No commission on any booking, ever
- Unlimited bookings and guests
- Two-way sync with Airbnb and Booking.com
- Guests pay into your own Stripe account
- Cancel whenever — your listings are unaffected
Questions owners actually ask
Does this stop double bookings?+
It reduces them, and it's honest about how. Bookeba reads your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars every 20 minutes, so an OTA booking closes your link almost immediately. The other direction is slower, because Airbnb and Booking.com decide when to read your calendar — usually within an hour or two. Your guest's card is only authorised, never charged, until that has happened.
What happens to my listings if I stop paying?+
Nothing. Bookeba connects through calendar links, so it never takes control of your Booking.com extranet the way a channel manager does. Your listings keep working exactly as they do today. They simply stop receiving updates from us.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?+
No, and you shouldn't. They bring you guests who have never heard of you. Bookeba is for the guests who already have — repeat visitors, referrals, anyone who found you some other way. Those bookings shouldn't cost you 15%.
Does Bookeba work with Booking.com?+
If Booking.com gives you a calendar link, yes. They only offer one for properties with 20 room types or fewer and a maximum of one unit per room type — so whole homes and apartments are fine, but a guesthouse with three identical rooms is not. We check during setup and tell you before you pay.
Do you take a commission?+
No. Guests pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and Bookeba never touches the money. You pay €10 per property per month and keep everything else.
How long does setup take?+
About five minutes. Paste your calendar links, paste your listing description, add photos from your phone, set a price, connect Stripe.
