1.I’m a guest with a booking
Your confirmation email has a private link to your booking: dates, price, the owner’s contact details, and a Cancel button that follows the cancellation policy you agreed to. Anything about the stay itself — arrival, keys, the property — goes to the owner; their email and phone are on that page.
Lost the email? Search your inbox for the property’s name. If it is truly gone, write to hello@bookeba.com from the address you booked with and we will resend the link.
2.I’m an owner
Log in and open Help in your dashboard: it has step-by-step guides for connecting Airbnb and Booking.com calendars, and a form that reaches us directly. If you cannot log in, use Forgot password.
3.Something else
